He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Cedric Cooke and Ina Mae Morrow; and his siblings, Carolyn Mae Kuklies and John Thomas Cooke. He is survived by: his children, Jamie Lamb (J.) and Ryan Cooke (Joy); his stepdaughter Hilary Towne; his granddaughters, Elisabeth, Lillian and Caroline; and his sister Ina Lee Roden Brown. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
