He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ohmer and Lillie Ruth Cox Vaughn; and his grandsons, Matt Smith and Zachary Vaughn. He is survived by: his wife Betty Vaughn; his children, Tobie Smith, Tamie Gales (Jackie) and Tony Vaughn; and his brother George Vaughn. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
