She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Vaughan Tiner; her parents, Louis Lilly and Kate Stepp Lilly; her daughter Susan Echols; her granddaughter Adandis Echols; and her sister Barbara Shivers.
She is survived by: her brothers, Louis K. Lilly, Joe Lilly and Carroll Lilly; and her children, Cathy Roy, Shirley Roberts and James Tiner. She is also survived by Her family also includes 12 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
