He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Ryback and Norma Mae Ryback; and his siblings, Patty, Joyce, Steve and Eddy.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ryback of Cleburne; his son Jonathen Ryback of Cleburne; his grandchild Raygan LaDell Hansen of Allen Oklahoma; and his sister Diane Elbonaski of Ypsi, Michigan.
