She was predeceased by : her parents, Andrew Gonzales Diaz, Sr. and Margarita Montellano Diaz; her brothers, Andrew Gonzales Diaz, Jr. and Gabriel Zaragoza Diaz; her daughter Kristina Ramirez; and her grandson George "Boo" Ramirez.

She is survived by : her husband Joseph Russo; her sons, George "Chano" Ramirez and Matthew Ramirez; her stepdaughter Jensica Russo; and her siblings, Silvana Diaz Briones, Clarissa Diaz and Robert Diaz (Alonzo "Lonnie" Diaz). She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home (512 N Ridgeway Dr, Cleburne, TX 76033). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel (512 N Ridgeway Dr, Cleburne, TX 76033). A burial was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at the Rosehill Cemetery (405 Watters St, Cleburne, TX 76031).
