She was predeceased by: her parents, J. L. Williams and Winnie; her grandmother Williams Barajas; her stepfather Tirso Barajas; her brother Gary Williams; her sister-in-law Mary Williams; and her nibling Reggie Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Rachael Wickery (Ron), Rebel Jones (Diana), Roman Jones (Sharon) and Ryan Jones (Karen). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home (512 N Ridgeway Dr, Cleburne, TX 76033). A memorial service was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home Chapel (512 N Ridgeway Dr, Cleburne, TX 76033).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that those who wish to honor Scarlot consider doing so by showing a little extra kindness to a child, spending time with someone they love, listening to an old favorite song, or-if you are lucky enough to be near one-putting your feet in the sand and letting the sound of the ocean remind you of her.
