He is survived by: his wife Penney Lackey; his son Jason Lackey (Heather); his grandchildren, Lauren Herring (Andrew), Mason Lackey, Mason Bryan, Jacob Moore and Kourtlyn Moore; his stepchildren, Tabitha Moore and Shaun Bryan; his great grandchild Wrenley Herring; and his siblings, Debbie Eaves (Jack), Gail Lackey (Belva) and Mark Lackey (Tammie).
