Virginia Rae Booth Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Rae Booth of Cleburne, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on April 6, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Virginia Rae may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Virginia Rae touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her husband Bob; her sisters, Trudy Bateman of Midland, Dolores Hagan and Johnnie Thornton of Houston; and her grandsons, Keith Gattis and Rylan Young.

She is survived by: her children, Robert (Donna) of Hico, Kathy Blum (Tommy) of Weatherford, Ronnie (Teresa) of Cleburne and Gary of Cleburne. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren including their spouses and 28 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

As a lasting tribute to Virginia, we kindly ask that donations be made to St. Mark United Methodist Church in lieu of flowers.
