Billy leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Billy’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Billy will carry forward his memory in their hearts.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Walker and Suzie Walker; his wife Gay Nell Walker; and his sons, Tommy and Kenny Walker.

He is survived by: his sister Faye Kelly (Robert); his daughters-in-law, Cindy and Shawna Walker; and his sons, David (Peggi Walker) and Charles (Laura Walker). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Boothe Cemetery.
