He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph F. Brown and Sadie M. Brown; and his brothers, Nolan Brown and Gene Brown. He is survived by : his siblings, Vernon Brown, Clifford Brown and Melinda Burleson (Jerry); and his sisters-in-law, Gaynell Brown and Laverne Brown. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and treasured friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pace-Stancil Chapel (303 E Crockett St, Cleveland, TX 77327). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM.
