She is survived by: her pet Beastie; her children, Dan Slack (Valarie), Robert Slack and Stacy Slack; her granddaughter Tara Poncho; her children, Travis Boone (Chloe), Michael Ackerman (Anitra), Dalton Slack (Christian) and Brittany Martin (Austin); and her great grandchildren, Emma, Braylan, Avalee, Destan, Mila, Colsyn, Navy, Kennedy, Eleanor, Kristen, Trent and Ethan. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Neal Funeral Home (200 S Washington Ave, Cleveland, TX 77327). A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
