He was predeceased by: his parents, JB Allen and Dorothy Cash Allen. He is survived by: his wife Debra Allen; his daughters, Stephanie Neelley (Derrick) and Alicia LeMay (Cameron); his siblings, Mary Plemons (Mark), Tressa Rollison, Robbie Allen (Missy) and Ronald Allen (Marschell); and his grandchildren, Taeleigh and Donnie LeMay. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church.
