It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Maxine Owen of Clifton, Texas, born in Stephenville, Texas, who passed away on January 2, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence Weldon and Veleta Mae Dennis Phillips; her sister Becky Carter; and her son Steve Owen. She is survived by : her husband Don Owen; her daughter Shelly Owen; and her sister Reba Storey. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and many friends.
