We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2023, at the age of 70, Melissa Kay Aars (Clifton, Texas), born in Fort Stockton, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William Matthew Moore and Mildred Frances Lanehart Moore; her brother Melvin Brett Moore; her uncle Werner Philipp; and her aunt Wilma Sue Philipp.

She is survived by : her husband Alton Allen Aars; her children, Michael Aars (Abigail) of McGregor, Matt Aars (Michelle) of China Spring and Melanie Marx (Damon) of Frisco; her grandchildren, Corinne Aars, Emma Aars, Erik Aars, Jacob Marx, Brett Aars, Anya Aars, Justin Marx and Joshua Marx; and her sister-in-law Donna Hampe (Aars). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
