He was predeceased by : his parents, Lilly Ottinger and Silvanus Ottinger; and his wife Betty Ottinger. He is survived by : his significant other Betty Prough; his children, Richard (Christa) of Richardson, TX and Linda (Gary) of Lake Whitney, TX; his granddaughter LeAnn Waldron; and his great grandchildren, Hannah and Ashleigh Waldron of Dallas, TX.. He is also survived by his family, friends.
