He was predeceased by : his parents, Orin E. Whitlow and Marjorie Whitlow; and his siblings, Michael Whitlow, Orin'Eddie'Whitlow, Forrest'Frosty'Whitlow and Kelly Whitlow.

He is survived by : his wife Laura Whitlow of Clute, Texas; his parents-in-law, Bob and Torcha Kyle of Clute, Texas; his sons, Clayton Whitlow (Belinda) of Clute, Texas and Wade Whitlow (Lisa) of Lake Jackson, Texas; and his grandchildren, Julia Whitlow, Kylie Whitlow, CJ Whitlow, Preston Sirmon, Harper Sirmon and Logan Whitlow.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the SPCA of Brazoria County at 141 Canna Lane, Lake Jackson, Texas 77566.
