He is survived by: his uncle Donnie; his wife Wanda Hoelewyn Wagner; his daughters, Kristin Swords, Jennifer Fonville and Robin Arnold; his sons-in-law, Mark Swords, Bryan Fonville and William Arnold (US Army); his grandchildren, Chase Swords (US Navy), Beau Fonville, Jett Fonville and Ethan Fonville (US Navy); his close friend Harlee Fonville; his granddaughter-in-law Haley Swords; his great grandchildren, Carter Swords and Cooper Swords; and his brother Richard Wagner. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
