He was predeceased by: his parents, L. C. "Ted" Gallagher and Montie Davis Gallagher; his close friend Ken Rogers; his siblings, Betty Sue and Tommy Gallagher; his siblings-in-law, Bill Lunsford and Lillian Gallagher; his son-in-law Anthony Pedrazine; and his friend Lawanda Rogers.
He is survived by: his wife Willie Louise Williams; his daughters, Elaine Gallagher Edwards (Randy), Anna Gallagher, Teresa Gallagher Esman and Carolyn Gallagher Pedrazine; his grandchildren, Danella Edwards Palmer (Chris), Megan Young, D'nae Edwards Rutland (Matt), Derek Edwards (Tiffany), Colton Esman (Samantha) and Cassidi Esman Carr (Kyle); his granddaughter-in-law Ann Rogers Smith (Jason); his grandchildren, Brad, Brent Brazell and Brittany Brazell Adair; his siblings, Joann Gallagher Lunsford and Geral Gallagher; and his sister-in-law Sandra Gallagher. He is also survived by his nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Hendrick Hospice Care of Abilene, First Baptist Church of Clyde or The Gideons.
