He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeff Howell and Eva Lee Howell; his wife Carrie Howell; and his son Leland Howell. He is survived by: his son Dyron Howell (Kelly); and his sister Dorothy Landrum. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
