She is survived by: her caregiver Donna Butler (Everett); her grandchildren, Angela Clark (Chuck), Jared Butler (Cathy), Jason Butler (Yvette) and CJ Butler (Samantha McGarity); and her great grandchildren, Caleb Clark, Courtney Clark (Daniel Castaneda), Aubrey Clark, Ava Butler, Myra Butler and Josh Butler.
