He is survived by: his wife Amy Patton; his children, Meg Patton (Steven Stump), Jo Bury (Chris) and Brian Patton; his grandson Everest Bury; and his siblings, Mike Patton, Buddy Patton, Peggy Noice, Pam Loper and Paula Patton. He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews.
