He is survived by: his daughters, Misty Ballard (Justin), Christine Vail, Melissa Kreutzer (Derek) and Cassidy Norwood (Travis); his grandchildren, Katelynn Cardoza (David), Justin "Bubba" Ballard, Carson Millsap, Jayden Hail, Logan, Westin Norwood and Lily Mae Opal Kreutzer; his sisters, Patricia Loveall (Vail), Diana Katzer (Vail) and Tammy Rogers (Vail); his great grandchild Bentley Cardoza; and his extended family, Billy Ray Lynn, Johnny Lynn and Joann Lynn.
