She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Hovert and Mary Josephine Waggoner (Dizard); and her cousin Rick McGowen. She is survived by: her siblings, Clyde Michael Waggoner of Clyde and Ollie Clydene Waggoner of Clyde.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bailey-Howard Funeral Home Chapel (105 Oak St, Clyde, TX 79510).
