He was predeceased by: his parents, Riley Hershel and Charlene Bailey (Linton); his stepson Jacob Jones; and his brother-in-law Gary Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Jeanie Bailey of Clyde; his children, Cody Dewayne Bailey (Valerie) of Clyde and Amy Charlene Seals (Chris) of Breckenridge; his stepson Matthew Jones (Skylene) of Clyde; his sisters, Linda Wood (Johnny) of Clyde and Mary Campbell of Clyde; his grandchildren, Jay, Kiya, Josh, Logan, Braelyn and Jaycee; and his close friend John Castleman of Fort Worth. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mary's House.
