He was predeceased by: his parents, Linnie Parrish (Garner) and Charley Parrish; his wife Bettye Lou; and his siblings, Kenneth Parrish, Tommy Parrish, Marie Hazelwood, Barbara Ann Parrish and Cynthia "Cindy" Klaus.
He is survived by: his children, Connie Shaw (Mike) of Coahoma, James Lee Parrish of Big Spring and Donna Rich (Daryl) of Westbrook; and his siblings, Gary Parrish of Big Spring and Bobbie Nell Smith of Cleburne. He is also survived by 7 grandkids and 14 great grandchildren.
