He is survived by: his brother James Mitchell; his wife Patty; his daughters, Melinda Smith of Coppell and Jerriann Malone (Benjamin) of Coahoma; his grandchildren, Cash Mitchell, Gracen Malone and Hadleigh Malone; his sister Laura; and his brother-in-law Michael Robason of Lamesa. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
