She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Chambers and Sara Chambers; and her spouse Terry Dean Sparks. She is survived by: her brother Keith Chambers; her cousin Maurice Stevens (Rosie); her children, Don Colburn (Dawn) and Syble Simmons; her grandsons, Jacob Simmons and Joshua Simmons (Megan); her great grandchildren, Emily, Christopher and Evelyn; and her pet Sparky.
