She is survived by: her daughter Donna Ann Edwards Mattfield; her sister Marie "Boots" Smith; her grandchildren, Lance Christopher Edwards Mattfield, Marie Inez Mattfield-Ward (Robert) and Sandra Ann Duran Mattfield; and her great grandchild Sarah Ann Duran Mattfield.
