He is survived by : his children, Levi, Jackson and Morgan Murphy; his parents, John Newman and Donna Murphy; his siblings, Alicia Puckett (Sammy), Kalyn Collard (Justin) and Ryan Murphy (Leticia); his nieces and nephews, Lisanne Fleming (Travis), Ella Collard, Colton Puckett (Shana) and Luke Collard; his great-nieces, Reese Puckett, Jaidyn Steen, Aubree Fleming and Adalynn Puckett; his aunt Rose Duncan (Terry); and the mother of his children Jamie Murphy. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
