He is survived by: his daughters, Ashley Wann (Brant) and Kristina Cook (Rebecca); his siblings, Jesse Cook (Chau), Jeffery Cook (Becky), Jason Cook (Kathy), Judith Young (David), Jane Pennington and Jennifer Metzler (Shannon); his sisters-in-law, Brenda Ruiz and Veda Moore; his mother-in-law Betty Moore; his nieces and nephews, Kimberly, Becca, Kailey, Shannah, Vivie, Gabby, Angela, Billy, Mart, Jon, Tommy, Chris, Turner, Sam, Jake, Rance, Mark and Richard; and his granddaughters, Ava Wann (Liam Wann) and Ruby (Whis).
