Patsy Wellmann Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Patsy Wellmann of College Station, Texas. Patsy, born on December 7, 1946, passed away on May 28, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Henry; her brothers, Henry and Patrick "Butch" Dittrich; and her brothers-in-law, Leonard Bartosh, Ronny Kyzar and Tommy Wellmann.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Reinhard Wellmann of College Station; her sons, Brian Scott Wellmann of Dallas and Rodney Alan Wellmann (Courtney Haggard Wellmann) of College Station; her grandchildren, William Harrison Wellmann of New York City and Chelsea Elizabeth Wellmann of College Station; her sister Myrtle Dittrich Bartosh of Pasadena; and her siblings-in-law, Beatrice Hollek Dittrich of Schulenburg, Merle Wellmann Kyzar of Brady, Pauline Wellmann of Brenham and Vernon Wellmann (Katherine) of Brenham. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their children.
Memorial contributions may be made to the causes close to Patsy's heart: Special Olympics, the Fayette County Commission for Intellectual Disabilities or St. Mary's Church in High Hill.
