He is survived by: his wife Stella Bell of Colmesneil; his children, Cynthia Lynn Bell of Colmesneil, Tammy Lanette McBride (Stephen) of Woodville and Dr. Robert Leland Bell (Rhonda Lu) of Kingwood; and his sister Wanda Lee Galloway of Cleveland. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.
