He was predeceased by: his parents, George Henry Michaelsen and Helena Gretchen Michaelsen (Schaer). He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl Mundy (Danny); his sister Linda Vaclavik (Alex); and his grandchildren, Hayden Mundy (Lindsey) and Haley Mundy.
