He is survived by: his children, Earnest Troy Crawford (Amanda) of San Antonio, TX and Samaiyah Asia Ashton (Bernard) of Portland, OR; his wife Lillian Waddle-Ashton; his son Clyde Ashton Jr. (Kim) of San Antonio, TX; his siblings, Sylvia Ashton of Columbus, TX, Paul Ashton of Columbus, TX and Regina Thompson of Sacramento, CA; his close friends, Larry Burford (Brenda) of Devine, TX and Harvey Lockett (Tracy) of Portland, OR; and his godchildren, John Smith of Portland, OR, Joe Crane of Sacramento, CA, LaToya Givins of Sacramento, CA and Lashonda Jenkins of Denver, CO.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
