She is survived by: her siblings, Thomas, Jerry, Timothy Perrino, Phyllis Perrino Moore (Erving), Rachel Perrino Jackson (Stonewall "Stoney") and Diane Davis Bailey; her siblings-in-law, Barbara Coleman Waddle (Robert) and Robert Coreathers; her children, Thomas N. Carter, Tandy "Paul" Carter, Gina, Tina M. James and Melvin; her son-in-law Toni C. Carter; Toleta E. Carter. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Paul United Methodist Church.
