It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Frank Reck of Columbus, Texas, born in El Campo, Texas, who passed away on September 10, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Ludmilla Polasek Reck (Lillian) and Edwin Edward Reck, Sr.. He is survived by : his wife Patricia Ann Reck; his children, Christine Gauger (Nathan) of Austin, Jeffrey Reck (Amy) of San Antonio and Kenneth Reck (Alisha) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Kayla Reck, Colby Reck, Piper Reck, Nicholas Gauger and Scout Reck; his siblings, Theresa York (Edward), Annie Mae Sanchez, Edwin Reck, Jr. (Carol), David Reck (Betty), Robert Reck (Elaine), Stephen Reck, Johnny Reck and Frank Reck, Sr.; his parents-in-law, Anita Drastata and Frank W. Drastata; and his siblings-in-law, Patrick Drastata, Gary Drastata and Venus Reck. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
