He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Lee Jenkins and Frank Jenkins Jr. A; and his siblings, Lilian Wilson, Bobbie Jenkins, Patricia Jenkins, Frank Jenkins Jr., Cardale Jenkins and Robert Jenkins.
He is survived by: his daughter LaTongi "Tonya" Allen; his sister Helen Alley; his grandchildren, Tyrone Ratliff, Derick Hill (Yuhaira), LaTisha Allen, Drake Hill, Miles Hill and Latrel Drapon Allen; his great grandchildren, Karma Powell, King Powell and Kario Powell; and his nephew Thomas Hill (Felisha). He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, other relatives and life-long friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 10th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ben Davis Funeral Home (931 Preston St, Columbus, TX 78934). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, July 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St Paul United Methodist Church (916 Fannin St, Columbus, TX 78934).
