He is survived by: his parents, Patricio Ortiz (Diane) and Martha Ramos; his wife Erica Ortiz; his children, Adrian Ortiz, Esperanza Ortiz, Julio Ortiz, John Henry Ortiz, Alejandro Ortiz, Jr., Ezekiel Ortiz and Penelope Ortiz; his grandmother Alicia Ortiz; his siblings, Martha Esquivel, Patricia Rangel, Patricio Ortiz, Jr. and Talina Ortiz; his parents-in-law, Carey Meza (Ramon) and Eric Guerrero Sr.; and his brother-in-law Eric Guerrero, Jr.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
