He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Illona Lammons. He is survived by: his significant other Misti Hagler; his sister Debbie; his brother-in-law Joe Andrews; and his brothers, Cliff (Kim Lammons), Rick Lammons and Mark (Debra Lammons).
