He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Patterson of Gustine; his wife Paula Horton of Gustine; his children, Kevin Lewis (Destiny) of Midland, Megan Drake of Odessa Tx and Scott Lewis (Bobbie Jo) of Midland; his siblings, Gary Don Horton of Granbury, Tony (Kathy Patterson) of Comanche, Ronny (Mary) of Clifton, Gary Patterson (Linda) of Boerne and Lesa Jeffrey (Mike) of Comanche; and his grandchildren, Carter, Paxton Drake of Odessa, Austin Lewis of Midland and Kylee Lewis of Midland.
