He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Eby and Fleurette Carmichael Eby. He is survived by: his wife Nadine Bardo Eby; his sisters, Suzann Eby-Martinez and Margaret Droses; and his children, Jason Carmichael and Rachel.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, August 20th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
In Lieu of flowers, he requested that memorials be given to Eastside Baptist church, Comanche Tx or to Samaritans Purse a Billy Graham/ Franklin Graham Ministry.
