In the vast expanse of eternity, Gerald Dayton shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Gerald Dayton farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Belle Reynolds (Yates) and Ezell Taylor Reynolds; and his son Dr. Russell Curtis Reynolds. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Reynolds; his son Rick Reynolds; his daughter-in-law Michelle Reynolds; and his grandchildren, Brandon Reynolds (Megan) of Lantana, TX, Katy Reynolds of Franklin, TN, Stormy Cooper (Clay) of Dublin, TX, Sarah Ground of Stephenville, TX, Richard Reynolds of Comanche, TX, Rachael Reynolds of Comanche, TX and Michaela Reynolds of Comanche, TX. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren as well as a large extended family.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Comanche (407 N Houston St, Comanche, TX 76442).
