He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Harbour and Dealva C. Kerley; and his brother J'darrel. He is survived by: his wife Billie Harbour; his children, Delana Harry, Stephanie (Harvey Schultz) and Randall Harbour; his granddaughter Taylor (Joel); his great grandchildren, Kona and Solara Johnston; his granddaughter M'kayla; his daughter Parker Chapman; and his brothers, Jerry Harbour and Steve Harbour (Marilyn).
