With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Linda Janner (Comanche, Texas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 10, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Murlin E. Elliott and Elmeree Elliott (Hicks); and her husband Carl Janner (Carly). She is survived by: her children, Dirk Janner (Dorene) and Shannon (Stephen Glatter); her sisters, Debra Reynolds (Ray) and Janice Reeves (Robert); and her grandchildren, Dustin Janner (Dana), Dylan Janner (Megan), Coe Janner, Ashlee (Junior Moya), Hollie (Matthew Medina), Kelcie (Ty Kuhn), Lance Hopper and Baylee (Paul MacMillan). She is also survived by numerous relatives and loving friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Comanche Funeral Home (411 W Grand Ave, Comanche, TX 76442). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. John's Cemetery.
