He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Parks and Inez Lacey Parks; and his former wife Nona Parks. He is survived by: his wife June Parks; his children, Randall Kevin Parks Jr. (Alicia M. Parks), Charles Bias, Tori McBride and Carla Shelley; his siblings, Linda Franklin, Steve Parks, Mike Parks and Leslie Parks; and his grandchildren, Miranda Whipkey, Rani Kohuteck, Kaitlin Moore, Randall K. Parks III, Hallee Parks, Levi Parks and Tiffany Parks. He is also survived by his 19 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the North Lake Community Church (3131 Harbor Dr, May, TX 76857).
