He is survived by: his mother Margaret Lugo; his wife Connie Lugo; his children, Jerry Lugo Jr., Jacob Lugo and Sandra Lugo (Jose Ramirez); his granddaughters, Zophia, Elliana, Briella and Celeste; and his siblings, Joe Lugo, Jeff Lugo and Janie Lugo. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.
