Connie Linda Skaggs Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on November 4, 2025, at the age of 74, Connie Linda Skaggs of Commerce, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon Black and Mae Addline Cameron Black; and her siblings, Bobby Andrews, Curtis Black, Marland Black, Brenda Black White and Jackie Mae Black.

She is survived by: her husband Terry Skaggs; her children, Anthony Perez of Sulphur Springs and Connie Melinda Houghton of Dallas; her grandchildren, Zachariah Smith of Paris, Hannah Smith of Keller, Lyndsey Krpan of Paris and Cory Houghton of Wylie; and her great grandchild Alvis Krpan of Paris.
