He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ray Fisher Sr. and Delores Lavina Tucker Fisher; and his sisters, Patty and Paula. He is survived by: his wife Celia Leeann Krum; and his children, Angela, Tina, Christy and Paul. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
