He is survived by: his children, Pamela Flanagan of Greenville, Vickie Bailey of Rowlett Texas, Herbert Bailey, Jr. (Rosie) of Commerce, David Bailey of Greenville, Kathy Bailey of Greenville, Keysa Bailey (Issac Stanfield) of Greenville, Quinsha Bailey of Sulphur Springs, Kenneth Bailey of Paris and Faith Bailey of Garland, Texas; his sisters, Corine Phelps, Regine Kelley and Susan Bailey; and his sisters-in-law, Earlie Mae Wilkerson and Minnie Pearl Bailey. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
