He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra Fraser. He is survived by: his wife Tamar; his children, Sydnee Smith (Justin), Stoney Mitchell (Kendall) and Benn May; his grandchildren, Charlie Smith, Raylee and Callie Mitchell; his siblings, Kendra Smith-Lawson (Shawn), Shane Kubacak and Morgan Kubacak; his nephews, Andrew Lawson, Jackson Kubacak and Traison Kubacak; and his niece Maliyah Kubacak.
